These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LOVdesigns.com and the products and services offered by Love Designs ("LoveDesignsArt", "I", "me", "my"). By using this website or purchasing my products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About This Site

LOVdesigns.com is an informational hub that links to my Etsy shop and social media profiles. All purchases are completed on Etsy.com and are subject to Etsy's own terms, policies, and checkout process. I do not process payments or store payment details on this website.

2. Products & Fulfillment

All items sold in my shop are made to order and are printed and shipped by Printify, my print-on-demand production partner. Product colors, sizing, and finishes may vary slightly from the images shown due to your screen settings and the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing.

3. Custom & Personalized Orders

For personalized items, you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide (such as names, dates, spelling, and custom text). I produce personalized products exactly as submitted, so please review your information carefully before ordering. Personalized and made-to- order items may not be eligible for return except in the case of a defect or an error on my part.

4. Orders, Shipping & Returns

Order processing times, shipping estimates, cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled through Etsy and are governed by the policies listed on my Etsy shop page and by Etsy's buyer protection program. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me through Etsy or at the email below and I will do my best to make it right.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, text, and images on this site and in my shop are owned by or licensed to Love Designs and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or use my designs for commercial purposes without my written permission.

6. Product Suggestions

If you submit a product idea through the suggestion form, you grant me the right to review, use, produce, and sell products based on that idea without any obligation to compensate you. Submitting a suggestion does not create any partnership or guarantee that your idea will be produced.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to submit abusive, spam, or misleading content, or to attempt to disrupt or interfere with the site's operation or security.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or my products. Because purchases and fulfillment are handled by Etsy and Printify, their respective terms and protections also apply to your order.

I may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
